Does the finder need to install anything?

No. Scanning the QR code opens a normal web page in the phone's browser. The finder writes a message and sends it — no app, no account.

Can someone see my phone number from the tag?

No. The QR code contains only a link like tagback.am/t/8F92K. Your name, phone, and email are never inside the code or shown on the public page.

What if I lose the tag itself, or sell the item?

Open your dashboard and disable the tag. A disabled tag shows nothing and accepts no messages.

Does it work outside Armenia?

Yes. The tag page works in any country, on any phone with a camera and internet.

How do I know when someone found my item?

The message appears in your TagBack dashboard right away. Email notifications are on the way.
